All LUXE LAB™ devices are protected by our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.
1-Year Limited Warranty Coverage
Every LUXE LAB device includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Electrical component malfunctions

LED performance failures

Power adapter defects
-
Workmanship issues under normal use
If your product experiences a covered issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage

Water damage or exposure to liquids

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

Damage caused by improper voltage or third-party accessories
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service:

Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue

Attach photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)
Our support team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement device.
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is issued:

The replacement product will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

We may replace the unit with the same model or an equivalent upgraded model if the original is unavailable.
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
In addition to our warranty, all purchases are protected by our 30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a return or refund.
